Pro player feel for amateur player price-awesome product! | For her first year as goalie, we purchased a couple brands of gloves for my daughter to try. Renegade was by far the best of them all. The solid overall feel of the glove, the amazing textured grip and comfortable fit made it an easy decision on which ones we were keeping! So thankful we gave them a try, I will recommend them to everyone who asks about gloves! She loves them and they give her confidence that nothing is getting past her!

My daughter loves the gloves but after six months the fingers started to come apart at the seam. She takes care of them, we air dry them, we don't keep them wet but we need a new pair. She'll use these as practice gloves but I wouldn't expect six months of use, three games a week and two practices a week in the spring, two practices a week during the summer and three games in the past two weeks would cause the fingers to come apart at the seams. But maybe.

My second daughter starting as goalie and only one company will cover her hands. Hold the line.

Great durability | Grip could be better, but durability is superb. They will really hold up heavy use on turf surfaces. All 5 fingers have backbones, which is great for safety.

These gloves were recommended to my daughter by her goalkeeper coach. Great fit out of the box for a keeper that likes a tight fitting glove. According to her, they will definitely see some game action. Great product. Ordering and delivery was super easy. Thanks Renegade.

Good Quality | Great Quality for my young budding goalie!

Good gloves for a weekend goalie | My son loves these goalie gloves but they didn?t last as long as we had hoped. Goalie gloves have to be dried out from wear & not allowed to sit in the sweat or they break down & smell too.My son is a good goalie & takes care of his equipment but the hands wore out way too fast.He played 2 games a week & practiced several hours every day & they lasted almost two months at that level.They looked really cool too & had extra support for his fingers!

Very durable | Good quality and well made. These are hard surface gloves and ARE very durable BUT are dry conditions gloves only as they loose grip when wet. So have wet condition gloves as a back up.

Like for training | So far good for training gloves tried many pairs before this pair lasting longer than a pair different brand we use for games. So a good training glove for my daughter who plays at a academy level who is 10 years old. She is on turf and grass.

Great value for really good gloves | These things are great, my son loves them. They are comfortable, stable, and thick.

Received yesterday will update as they get broke in. | My daughter has used these gloves for almost a month now thru 5+ practices a week, 4 to 5 turf field games, and 2 natural grass games. The gloves have held up beautifully. just a little bit of latex coming off on the middle fingers but that is to be expected on just about any glove, especially on turf. The palms are still practically pristine. She loves these gloves and and uses them almost exclusively over her other set of pro level name brand gloves. I am planning on buying her another pair of Renegades designed for natural surfaces as the fit is really good and the quality on these gloves are excellent. Just a side note, we are religious about cleaning her gloves biweekly and watering them down before each use. Not sure if this helps, but we have not had any of the quality issues some of the other reviewers have noted. Extremely happy with these gloves************ I received the Triton Specter size 7's yesterday for my daughter so this review is just based on initial appearance and use. I will update as she uses them more. My daughter is a club level goalkeeper and has traditionally always worn Adidas or Puma gloves. Her team plays indoor futsal every Friday night to keep game ready in between league games and tournaments and I really hate having her wear her very expensive Puma's on the artificial turf. I have been looking at the Renegades online for sometime and I read all the reviews so I was hesitant about the potential wear issues but almost every review was universal about how great the customer service is so I decided to go ahead and get her a pair of the Triton's to mainly use for the artificial turf as Renegades comparison chart shows this particular line to be specifically for hard ground use. Initial impressions out of the package were very positive. The gloves arrived a day early and they are beautiful. I was immediately surprised by how tacky the palms felt as per the website, the Super Grip Latex on this line is less sticky than the other glove models due to the hard ground aspect. The build quality feels really good and I really liked how the wrist has an elastic slit to make the glove easier to get on the hand. My daughter usually struggles to get her Puma's on, especially the second hand due to the wrist being so tight for support and she usually needs a teammate to help get them on, but she pulled these on, no problem. The finger save system is nice. She likes to play with no thumb saves but on her other gloves the fingersaves are super rigid. These felt like they allowed a better grip on the ball but after taking some practice throws she decided to take the thumbs out anyway. I do like that the thumbs have a really nice double wrap on them and everything about them feels really nice. Gloves got here yesterday morning. We immediately soaked them in the lukewarm water and hung them to dry. They were nice and dry by practice time last night so I told her to wear them so she could get a feel for them for Friday's game. She practiced two hours last night and came off and said she liked them very much and had good feel for the ball. Definitely more flexible than her other gloves, but we'll see how that translates into finger protection over time. So to wrap up, gloves are really sharp looking and feel very good. At the price point they are offered at, I'm not sure you can get this same initial build material with other brands. Hopefully they will last a bit. If that is the case, Renegade just might have a new customer.
