Meet one of our newest RGK Pros, Javier. Javier hails from Spain and currently plays for CD Rincon.
Here's what Javier had to say about Renegade GK when we sat down to chat about adding him to our Pro Team!

A: Lasange

Q: Do you have any pregame rituals?
A: I would brush my hair before a game.
Once we’ve all loosened up a bit we dig into the journey that led Javier to our brand. At Renegade GK we enjoy getting to know our team members, the challenges they’ve faced, the obstacles they’ve overcome. Q: Why did you want to be sponsored by Renegade GK?
A: I just love Renegade GK gloves and how they feel good on a goalkeeper's hands.
Q: Give us a bit of background around your playing history.
A: I'm a second-year junior, 18 years old but instead of that I have played in two 3º divisions team. I played six years in CD El Palo. Since 11 years to 17 including 3º division, I played the first part of this season in CD Conejitos, Junior National League.
Finally, I got into CD Rincon, and I play in the Junior Preferent and 3º division
Q: What are your dreams as a goalkeeper?
A: To play a Champions League game.
Q: What’s one thing about goalkeeping you wish you knew when you started?
A: Everybody will hate you when you fail but nobody remembers when you play well.
Q: Let’s get vulnerable, don’t worry we won’t share this with next Saturday’s opponent. One thing you struggle with in goal today?
A: To become better every day.
Q: Describe the best save you’ve ever made?
A: A game-winning save with my private parts.
